How I work
Understand first. Then write code.
I build web products, automation, and products with AI features. I look beyond implementation: who we are building for, what problem we solve, how we measure the result, and what happens after launch.
I am more interested in finding the right solution than simply closing the assigned task. Code is not the result by itself. The result is a product that is clear to the user, useful to the business, and predictable in operation.

Responsibility
I need to see the whole system.
In commercial projects, I can own the whole path: from architecture and data to interface, deployment, and support. If a problem prevents the product from working, I am not particularly interested in whose formal area of responsibility it belongs to.
Product & Engineering
I connect the user journey, business logic, and technical implementation. I can contribute to prioritization, independently design the architecture, launch the product, and investigate what happens in production.

Principles
How I make decisions
Speak directly.
If an idea will not work, the deadline is unrealistic, or a solution creates another problem, it is better to say so immediately.
Check the details.
The main scenario usually works first. Quality shows up in edge cases, errors, and small details that are easy to overlook.
Make it work.
I am not interested in leaving behind a beautiful diagram or a collection of files. The result should run, be useful, and remain understandable after I leave.
How I prefer to work
For money — yes. But I don't ship garbage.
I prefer participating in a product over executing isolated tasks: discussing priorities, looking at metrics, and sharing responsibility for the outcome. That is why I am especially interested in revenue-share projects where I have influence over decisions, access to the numbers, and a shared interest in growth.
I am comfortable talking about money and I like well-paid work. But I do not want to imitate results, ignore obvious problems, or build something I do not believe in. If I take it on, I want to do it properly.
